What you will need:

Dr Performance Module

15 Minutes of your time

 

 

 

 

Fuel Rail Sensor

When plugging and unplugging harnesses make sure that you clear any grit or debris that can be introduced to the small openings within the plugs. This will ensure that you won’t damage the pins and that you will get a good connection. 

 

1.) Locate Fuel Rail Sensor

2.) Disconnect your truck’s factory harness from the Fuel Rail Sensor

3.) Connect the module’s harness to the Fuel Rail Sensor

4.) Connect the remaining part of the module’s harness to the trucks factory harness

 

MAP Sensor

 

 

You should hear a slight click when plugging in the connectors. Always make sure the plugs are secure by gently pulling on the connectors.
*Do not pull on the wires just connectors* 

 

1.) Locate MAP Sensor

2.) Disconnect your truck’s factory harness from the MAP Sensor

2.) Connect the module’s harness to the MAP Sensor

2.) Connect the remaining part of the module’s harness to the trucks factory harness

  

Selector Switch

The selector switch plugs into the small white connector coming off of the module’s main harness.

The dial going clockwise: Off - Low - Medium - High
Low: Towing heavy and low traction situations Medium: Moderate towing and ideal for everyday driving situations High: Maximum performance - ideal for empty highway cruising
The switch must remain plugged in to stay in the desired setting. You can run the switch into the cab or keep it tied up under the hood. Leave in one setting as much as possible
